These terms describe the use of our public website and free browser meditation application. Please read them before using the experiences, together with our privacy policy.
A free service for adults
Eclipse is available internationally to people aged 18 or older who are legally adults where they live. It is not designed for children. No account, subscription or purchase is required. A local nickname and appearance preference personalise the experience in your browser.
The website includes seven playable visual breathing experiences. Each uses a fixed rhythm; you can pause or exit at any time. Audio, fullscreen and keeping the screen awake depend on your browser and device. Your preferences do not sync with the separate Android application, which is still in development. A link to Android availability does not promise a release date.
General wellness, not medical care
Eclipse provides general wellness experiences. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not offered as a medical device. It is not a substitute for qualified professional care. No particular health outcome is promised.
Breathe gently. Do not force a breathing rhythm or hold your breath beyond comfort. Stop if you feel dizzy, distressed or uncomfortable. If you have concerns about whether a breathing practice is suitable for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Use the experience in a safe setting where you can give it your attention, never while driving or operating machinery.
Using the website and its materials
You may use the experiences for personal, lawful purposes and share links to the website. Do not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access or misrepresent yourself as the project’s operator. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.
The project’s icon and visual materials were created by its developer with AI assistance. To the extent protected by law, rights in the website’s original content, design and code belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Third-party software, fonts and brand assets remain subject to their own licences; Google Play and its logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
Voluntary support
Supporting Eclipse through Buy Me a Coffee (opens in a new tab) is entirely voluntary. Support does not unlock features, create a paid content tier or promise personalised services or a future release. You can use the web experiences without supporting the project financially.
Payments take place on the external platform under its terms and payment procedures. For a question about support sent to Eclipse, contact eclipse.visualmeditation@gmail.com; platform or payment issues may also require assistance from Buy Me a Coffee. Nothing here removes any refund or other rights that apply under mandatory law.
Availability and responsibility
We develop Eclipse with care, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or error-free operation. Features may be updated, suspended or discontinued. We will give reasonable notice of material service changes where practicable. Your browser data may be lost when you clear site data or change browser or device.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every individual purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable law and questions
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply in your country of habitual residence. It does not remove your right to bring a claim before a court available to you under applicable law.
